*A Resident is categorized as a postgraduate physician receiving specialized clinical training in a hospital. A Fellow is categorized as a board qualified specialist pursuing subspecialty training.
**Students/Post-doctoral Fellows is categorized as an academic researcher who is seeking, or has received, a PhD but has not attained full-time employment in an academic or industry role.
***Allied Health registrants must work in an orthopaedic practice or institution and provide hands on patient care (for example: RN, LPN, NP, PA, ATC, PT).
50% refunds are available for registration cancellations made prior to July 1st, after which time no refunds will be made.

- Admission to Presidential Welcome Reception Wednesday (August 28th evening)
- Breakfast Thursday, Friday and Saturday (August 29th, 30th and 31st)
